Music Speaks Administration Team
The Administration Team is located in numerous locations and serves all of Music Speaks by supporting both the music therapists and the clients of the company.
Christina Whipple, MA, MT-BC
Christina is a professional consultant for Music Speaks. She earned her Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, and then went on to receive her Master of Arts in Music Therapy from the University of Iowa. Christina is also certified as a NICU Music Therapist. Before Music Speaks, she owned a private practice in the state of California, serving a school campus, pediatric hospice patients, and older adult groups in residential homes.
JONI BENNETT
Joni is the Administrative Assistant at Music Speaks. She graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska with a Bachelor of Arts in Home Economics Education and Consumer Science. She has experience in sales and accounting, accounts receivable and payable, management, and small business ownership.
Katie Suddarth, MT-BC
Katie is the Clinical Consultant for the Music Speaks team. She earned her Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from the University of Iowa. Before Music Speaks, Katie supervised music therapy practicum students at Queens University of Charlotte, and also worked for the Institute for Therapy through the Arts near Chicago, IL. She is currently finishing her Master of Social work in Trauma Informed Care from the University of Northern Iowa.
